Retatrutide Lyophilised Peptide
Retatrutide is a synthetic 39-residue lipidated peptide that acts as an agonist at the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. It has been studied in phase 1 to phase 3 clinical trials and in preclinical models. Retatrutide is supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial, in 10 mg, 20 mg and 30 mg sizes, priced RM 135–310. No certificate of analysis has been published for the batch on sale yet, so no purity figure is claimed on this page. Ships within 2 working days of payment. What research says about Retatrutide
Retatrutide is a synthetic 39-residue lipidated peptide that acts as an agonist at the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. It has been studied in phase 1 to phase 3 clinical trials and in preclinical models.
Reported as a single-peptide agonist of the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors; in obese mice the glucagon receptor component was associated with increased energy expenditure alongside GIP/GLP-1 receptor-driven reduction in calorie intake (Coskun 2022).
Investigational: phase 3 TRIUMPH-1 (NEJM, Sept 2026) and TRIUMPH-2 (Lancet, 2026) results are published and no marketing authorisation was identified.

Comparison
Retatrutide vs tirzepatide: how they differ
Tirzepatide acts at two receptors, GIP and GLP-1; retatrutide adds a third, glucagon. Tirzepatide is an approved medicine in the United States, while retatrutide was still investigational when this was written.
