Peptide reconstitution calculator
Enter the amount of peptide in the vial and the volume of diluent added. The calculator gives the concentration, then the volume that holds the amount you need, in millilitres and in units on a 100-unit (1 mL) syringe. It shows each step.

How the calculation works
Concentration = amount in the vial ÷ volume of diluent. A 10 mg vial dissolved in 2 mL is 5 mg/mL, which is 5,000 mcg/mL (1 mg = 1,000 mcg).
Volume = amount needed ÷ concentration. At 5 mg/mL, 250 mcg (0.25 mg) is in 0.05 mL.
Units on a 100-unit syringe are hundredths of a millilitre, so 0.05 mL is 5 units. Check the scale printed on the syringe: not every syringe has 100 units per mL.
