When does an order ship?
Ships within 2 working days of payment. Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday ship on the next working day. The dispatch promise is the same figure the product pages and the order confirmation give.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

Free shipping across Malaysia, on every order. Transit times are the courier's estimates and can run longer around public holidays and in bad weather.
Which couriers deliver?
Your order page shows the courier and the tracking number once the parcel is handed over.
How is it packed?
Orders ship in plain packaging. Each product page gives the storage figures for the compound; store the vials as stated when they arrive, and check that the seal is intact and the batch number on the label matches the certificate on the product page.
What if the address is wrong?
Check the address at checkout: you can correct it before you pay. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, contact the shop to arrange a second delivery.
What if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact the shop with your order number and photos of the parcel and the vials. See contact and returns.
