Research use
Every product is sold for laboratory research use only, and not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption, and not as a medicine, food or cosmetic. By ordering you confirm that you are buying for laboratory research, and that you are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of the products in line with the law that applies to you. See the research-use policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and are shown on each product page for every size. The price charged is the one shown on the published page when you place the order. Payment methods: FPX online banking.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is received. You can correct your details before you pay, and you receive an acknowledgement of the order by email.
Delivery

Returns
See returns. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
