This is a blend of two separately studied peptides: CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1-29, a GHRH analogue) and ipamorelin (a ghrelin-receptor agonist growth hormone secretagogue). Each component has been characterised in the literature on its own.
CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted analogue of hGRF(1-29) that activates the GRF receptor, while ipamorelin releases growth hormone through a GHRP-like receptor (Jetté 2005; Raun 1998).
Neither component is approved as a medicine in the references reviewed; no peer-reviewed study of the two peptides combined was found.
